About the Role MrBeast is looking for a Set Technician, responsible for executing and leading camera, assistant camera, rigging, grip, and video utility functions during production. This on-set technical role combines hands-on technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and on-set leadership to support complex multi-camera productions and ensure cinematic results are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently. Working closely with Directors of Photography, Production leadership, Lighting teams, Video Engineering, and freelance crews, the Set Technician serves as a critical technical resource responsible for maintaining production readiness, minimizing downtime, and enabling ambitious creative execution. What You'll Do Operate cameras across handheld, tripod, dolly, gimbal, crane, and specialty-mounted configurations Build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot complete camera packages and support systems Execute assistant camera functions including camera setup, media management, lens changes, and focus support Verify camera settings, media status, power systems, and technical readiness prior t
