We value independent and critical thinking. ## Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations, reference materials, and SOPs applicable to auto finance operations. Maintain expert knowledge of information delivered, acting as a subject matter expert for our team members. Conduct training needs assessment to identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities within the team. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics Ensure all training materials and programs comply with industry regulations and company policies. Act as a co-facilitator or primary backup trainer for onboarding and continuing education sessions The unique ability to sit focused and build technical training content, then easily pivot into an enthusiastic, high-energy live presenter Ability to manage multiple small-to-medium design projects simultaneously. ## Key Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in training and development/instructional design, preferably in auto finance or financial services industry. Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
