gathering basic customer information
connect them with appropriate people at the company
Responsible for payment transactions including debit and credit card billing and information for payment processing
sending receipts for services such as mortgage payments and home appraisals
Promptly address and track payment-related and servicing loan inquiries from internal and external clients via email and phone
Document all conversations held with customers regarding work processed
Follow defined lock box procedures in order to apply accurate payments to customer accounts
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders while assisting with payment questions
Abide by company and industry standards in order to protect payment information and data for customers
assisting with other duties as needed

Full Job Description
As a Servicing Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination of payments for a variety of loan services for Veterans United Home Loans. Being in Customer Service, you address general inquiries and otherwise assist anyone contacting the company, including by gathering basic customer information to the extent necessary to answer their questions and connect them with appropriate people at the company, while abiding by all legal requirements and company guidelines, including those that prohibit taking loan applications from or discussing any loan terms with prospective borrowers. **The hours for this position are: Monday - Friday, 12:00pm-8:00pm.** Job duties may include, but are not limited to: * Responsible for payment transactions including debit and credit card billing and information for payment processing. This may include but is not limited to taking payments, processing refunds, and sending receipts for services such as mortgage payments and home appraisals. * Promptly address and track payment-related and servicing loan inquiries from internal and external clients via email and phone. Document all conversations held with customers regarding work processed. * Follow defined lock box procedures in order to apply accurate payments to customer accounts. * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders while assisting with payment questions. * Abide by company and industry standards in order to protect payment information and data for customers. * Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
