**Services Senior Manager - Service Delivery Management** **Would you like to take ownership of delivering an exceptional service to our customers?** **Are you passionate about building relationships and ensuring customer success?** **Partner with the best** As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that we maximize our short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution. You will oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our customers. You will coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure we deliver to our customers. As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for: * Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars * Collaborate with sales/communications teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity). * Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process. * Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed. * Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility. * Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans * Own the Business for Drilling Services in the country of assignment, including fully accountable for the service delivery, HSE and Financial performance of the Product Line in the country. **Fuel your passion** **To be successful in this role you will:** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college * Minimum of 10 years' experience in Drilling Services * Two years of P&L experience is preferred * Strong understanding of field services protocols and process * P
