We ensure safety, quality and productivity for our customers across major industries around the world. **Lead a team to deliver a first class service** As a Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role ensuring in high-quality after-sales service delivery by coordinating service activities, managing customer communication, and executing end‑to‑end service order processes. As a Service Coordinator for Japan, you will be responsible for the following : * Serve as the primary contact for customers and channel partners regarding service inquiries and spare parts, communicating via email and phone with both domestic and international stakeholders * Coordinate service activities with In-House Repair team * Arrange and coordinate on-site service visits for technicians, and manage Service Agreements * Coordinate material availability and align on the earliest possible delivery dates with Planning, Shipping, and Warehouse teams * Perform SAP Order processing (Creation of Quotes, Sales Orders, Projects and RMAs, Billing and Revenue Recognition, WIP/ECA management) * Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Factory, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure high service availability and customer satisfaction * Ensure SOX and internal control compliance for assigned projects and orders * Support Service Managers with forecasting by providing accurate backlog and timeline updates, and providing operational support to Service Team (Service Mangers and Engineers) **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role,
