What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of relevant experience in Service Contract Management, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Nice to Have
Experience in IT Infrastructure / Enterprise Services / Managed Services industry preferred, ownership mindset with customer-first approach, Experience working in global delivery and matrix organization, Ability to influence stakeholders and drive operational excellence, Communication & stakeholder management along with staffing compliance, Actively support team deliverables, step in during high-volume periods, and participate in at least 1 knowledge-sharing or buddy activity/quarter., Provide timely inputs when consulted by peers or seniors, Demonstrates collaboration skills, works cohesively with cross-functional teams, communicates effectively, and contributes positively toward achieving shared organizational goals.
What You'll Do.

MSAs—with a focus on accuracy

Maintain accuracy>98% quality score in internal reviews
and deliver within agreed SLAs.
Manage complete lifecycle of service contracts including creation
Ensure contract data accuracy across systems (pricing
Review and validate complex contractual terms ensuring compliance with Hitachi Vantara policies and governance standards.
Support revenue recognition accuracy
and dispute resolution processes.
Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and customer commitments.
Act as escalation point for complex contract-related issues and stakeholder queries.
Maintain contract repository integrity and ensure audit readiness at all times.
Drive standardization
and continuous improvement in contract management processes.
Independently manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision
ensuring zero overdue tasks (unless escalated with valid reasoning).
Display accountability by flagging risks/delays early and updating task trackers daily.
