We are currently seeking a Services Assistant to provide office-wide support. In this role you will be responsible for: • Managing the reception area and meeting room bookings • Providing coverage for our Concierge, including answering and screening calls and directing them to the appropriate person, as well as providing coverage for the Sydney and Melbourne offices as required • Organising catering and coordinating events, including coffee and tea services for client meetings • Organising couriers and hand deliveries • Undertaking online legal searches • Managing the library • Managing filing and archiving • General office management • Providing overflow administration and secretarial support About you The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a legal or professional services firm and present in a professional and friendly manner.
