Responsibilities include cleaning, sanding, masking, applying primers/coatings, staging materials, and installing basic components (e.g., nuts, bolts, latches, locks, and doors). Maintains a clean, safe environment to meet production and quality standards. **Principal Purpose of Position:** * Properly clean and prepare surfaces to be painted including masking, sanding, buffing, and prepping. * Ability to determine damaged areas on bodies to be repaired. * Must be able to isolate painted / unpainted areas – i.e. masking, taping doors, etc. * Check paint workmanship while striping and decaling and inform of errors. * Possess knowledge of assembly process to limit scrap materials. * Posse
