Must Have
8+ years of overall IT experience, 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, Deep expertise in ServiceNow Flow Designer, Subflows, Decision Tables, and Workflow patterns, experience with IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, and orchestration design, Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts, Experience designing workflows in regulated environments (GxP, SOX), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Nice to Have
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, Experience across multiple ServiceNow workflow domains (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, SecOps), Exposure to event-driven architectures and orchestration platforms, Experience designing reusable workflow frameworks and accelerators, Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards and governance models

This role focuses on workflow orchestration, automation, AI-assisted experiences, and data-driven execution, leveraging modern capabilities such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workflow Data Fabric, Zero-Copy Connectors, and Now Assist for Workflows.
