As a ServiceNow Support Engineer, you will: * Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HAM module * Identify and resolve technical bugs, integration errors and troubleshoot * Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution * Monitor and audit the Asset-CI synchronization to ensure the CMDB remains accurate and reliable. * Recommend and implement minor enhancements to HAM dashboards, reports, and stockroom triggers. * Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles ## Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. * Excellent command of English, both written and spoken * ITIL Foundation certification with solid knowledge and practical experience of ITIL processes and service management practices. * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) AND ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) certification are required. * Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions. * Hands-on experience supporting or implementing the ServiceNow HAM Professional module. * Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals, including UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and platform configuration. *
