What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–12+ years of experience in ServiceNow or enterprise service platform environments, understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD/enterprise services, and CSM, Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, provide practical platform guidance, and validate requirements credibly, Experience in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments and structured delivery or governance models, Knowledge of ServiceNow design patterns, best practices, workflow-driven service delivery, and platform scalability and maintainability, Ability to support decision-making without taking delivery ownership and enhance delivery leadership

Provide strategic advice on ServiceNow platform utilization
Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager
Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements
Support governance and design consistency
Contribute to the platform roadmap
Act as an escalation point for complex functional or platform decisions
