10+ years of extensive hands-on experience in design, development and delivery of the ServiceNow solution in a global environment, Deep ServiceNow technical expertise including custom application development and scripting experience across most areas of the platform including ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, HRSD, Accounts Payable, integrations and portal, ability to effectively collaborate with all levels within the organization including leadership, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders, Ability to lead and mentor technical teams as well as support code peer reviews and be a advocate of best practices, Advanced proficiency in scripting languages used within ServiceNow including JavaScript, GlideScript, Angular with experience in Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Flow Designer and Platform Analytics, Extensive experience with REST/SOAP integrations and scripted REST APIs and a analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM or HRSD, ITIL Foundation certification, Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile software development methodology
