What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, Proficient in ServiceNow SPM configuration, customization, and administration, knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS as applied within the ServiceNow environment, Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations, Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow, Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams, Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Nice to Have
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e. g. , Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM)
What You'll Do.
implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions
and project management processes
Configure and customize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications
Develop and maintain workflows
and integrations related to ServiceNow SPM
Provide technical support
and ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow SPM modules
and user acceptance testing
Document technical specifications
Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions
