Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and best practices, Experience in designing and delivering ServiceNow SPM solutions including demand, resource, and financial management, Proficiency with ServiceNow architecture principles, configuration, and integration techniques, Effective communication skills, capable of working with business stakeholders and technical teams, Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
ServiceNow certifications relevant to SPM or ITOM are highly desirable

Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and governance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs for SPM modules including demand management

Develop and enforce best practices and governance frameworks for effective portfolio oversight
Integrate SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to provide end-to-end visibility and reporting
Drive automation of workflows to improve process efficiency and data accuracy
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams and project managers
Ensure solutions meet compliance
and scalability standards
Stay updated on ServiceNow SPM capabilities and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements
