What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in developing/implementing on the ServiceNow platform, CSM, Custom Applications, Policy and Compliance, 5+ years’ experience working in software development involving ServiceNow CSM products, 3 years of experience in an architect role, ServiceNow modules, including CSM, FSM, SOM /TSOM, Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards, Coding and configuring integrations between ServiceNow and data source systems, Experience working with risk or compliance teams, tools, practices, Experience with working with customers to understand business problems and translate to technical requirements, design, and build solutions, perform testing, conduct demos, and train end users on how to use solutions, Experience working with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST), any bi-directional, automated integration between two systems, Experience with discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionality, Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes, Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation
