Must Have
Secret clearance required, Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in computer science, information systems, or a related field of study, 1-3 years' experience implementing ServiceNow, Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 Certification, U. S. citizenship required
Nice to Have
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, ITIL v4 Foundation Certification, Experience with patching and maintaining ServiceNow system solutions in a Linux environment
What You'll Do.
Maintain the development
and production ServiceNow environments
Support ongoing operations and maintenance activities and projects
Responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance
upgrades and assisting with the technical implementation of the tool
Develop and maintain service catalog items to include states
Monitor systems stability to prevent service degradation or interruption
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential gaps
and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance
Support the configuration of workflows
Participate in Scrum process
and documentation of ServiceNow modules
Assist in delivering best practices for Enterprise to include ITIL
and Agile frameworks for delivering IT Services
Configure application related fields
acceptance roles and access control
Customize the core applications such as Incident
Service Catalog while applying best practices
Support end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
