**Job Title: ServiceNow Developer** **Job Summary.** We are seeking a skilled **ServiceNow Developer** to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices * Customize ServiceNow applications using **Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer** * Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as **ÏTSM** , **CSM, APO** , **MCO,** **Finance Management, Employee Centre.** * Build and support **integrations** using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub * Create and manage**workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors, tranformation** * Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues * Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements * Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes * Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles **Required Skills & Qualifications** * 3+ years of hands-on **ServiceNow development experience** * Strong experience with **JavaScript, REST/SOAP** APIs and integrations (server-side and client-side) * In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture * Experience with (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc) * Familiarity with **CMDB and ITSM** * Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM, HRSD. * Understanding of **ACLs, roles, and security best practices** * Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments **referred Qualifications** * ServiceNow certifications such as: * **Certified System Administrator (CSA)** * **Certified Application Developer
