Hands-on QA experience, ServiceNow testing exposure, Hands-on experience writing and executing functional, integration, and regression test cases for enterprise web or SaaS applications, Working knowledge of API testing using Postman or SoapUI, Basic SQL for backend data validation, Familiarity with at least one test management tool (Jira/Zephyr, qTest, HP ALM, or ServiceNow Test Management), Structured defect lifecycle management, Solid understanding of QA fundamentals — test planning, test design techniques, traceability, and defect reporting, Hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow ATF custom scripts using JavaScript, Written and verbal communication skills

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred, Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, or SAM modules, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Awareness of software licensing models, License compliance concepts, Familiarity with discovery tools (ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, BigFix), Familiarity with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Basic scripting ability in JavaScript or Python for test data preparation and validation, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL 4 Foundation, ISTQB Foundation Level

You will execute test plans that verify license compliance, entitlement accuracy, software discovery, normalization, and reclamation across multiple integration patterns — Direct, Custom, API, and RPA. You will work closely with senior QA engineers, ServiceNow administrators, and integration developers to ensure each release ships with strong data integrity and accurate compliance reporting.
