Must Have
Hands-on experience writing and executing functional, integration, and regression test cases for enterprise web or SaaS applications, Working knowledge of API testing using Postman or SoapUI, Basic SQL for backend data validation, Familiarity with at least one test management tool (Jira/Zephyr, qTest, HP ALM, or ServiceNow Test Management), Structured defect lifecycle management, Solid understanding of QA fundamentals — test planning, test design techniques, traceability, and defect reporting, Written and verbal communication skills to document test evidence and collaborate with developers, admins, and client stakeholders
Nice to Have
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred, Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, or SAM modules, including ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Awareness of software licensing models (per-user, per-device, subscription, concurrent) and license compliance concepts, Familiarity with discovery tools (ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, BigFix) or RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Basic scripting ability in JavaScript or Python for test data preparation and validation, Certifications – ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL 4 Foundation, or ISTQB Foundation Level

You will execute test plans that verify license compliance, entitlement accuracy, software discovery, normalization, and reclamation across multiple integration patterns — Direct, Custom, API, and RPA. You will work closely with senior QA engineers, ServiceNow administrators, and integration developers to ensure each release ships with strong data integrity and accurate compliance reporting.
