What You'll Do.
Lead the strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow ITOM
Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of ITOM
Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of ITAM
Drive continuous improvement of IT Service Management processes
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CMDB
Develop and maintain service maps
Configure and manage Discovery and Service Mapping
Implement and manage Event Management and Orchestration
Manage Cloud Management capabilities within ServiceNow
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration
Develop and deliver training on ServiceNow modules
Manage vendor relationships for relevant tools
Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT Operations
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards
