To help us empower our employees, we are looking for a skilled engineer to fill the role of ServiceNow Engineer. This engineer will bring technical expertise in core ServiceNow platform capabilities, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and CMDB/CSDM. To be successful in the role, an ideal candidate cares deeply about delivering performant solutions while focusing on platform health, optimization, security and performance, and the potential of the broader ServiceNow ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Platform Strategy: Participate in the overall design strategy of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry and technical best practices. Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to develop and implement innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform. Assist in defining platform roadmaps, by ensuring scalability, performance, stability, and audit compliance. Assist in the design of workflows, integrations, and modules to extend the ServiceNow platform’s capabilities. ServiceNow Implementation strong preference for HAM, SAM, SecOPs, GRC, Service Catalog, Employee Center and Integration Hub. Preference for experience in architecture and design of ServiceNow platform implementations, including workflows, custom apps, and integrations.
