Must Have
4+ years of relevant work experience, 1+ year of exposure and experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy, Halo or other Service Management applications, Knowledge in Incident, Change, Problem, Service Requests, problem-solving skills, Good team collaboration and communication abilities, problem-solving and analytical skills, Effective communication and teamwork abilities, Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks
Nice to Have
ITIL v4 foundation, ServiceNow CSA, Micro-Certifications, Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies

It also requires close collaboration with internal DXC and external stakeholders. **D** aily challenges * Ensure the maintenance of a multi-tenant service management blueprint from both operational and engineering perspectives. * Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. * Handle tickets from low to minor priority and deliver timely technical support to resolve user issues and maintain system stability. * Debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers. * Assist senior engineers with data imports, exports, and transformations across Service Management Platforms while ensuring data integrity and consistency. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, researching and proposing innovative solutions. * Contribute to the team expertise with sharing knowledge and expertise. * Assist in creating technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. * Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and work as part of an adaptive DevOps team to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement. *
