We are looking for a talented and experienced **ServiceNow Developer Specialist** to join our **IT Process Management Department.** This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, participate in critical projects and bring impactful contributions to our business. ## **What you’ll do:** * Design, develop, and implement solutions on the **ServiceNow** platform. * Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other applications and systems. * Create and maintain workflows, forms, and reports within the ServiceNow platform. * Work to implement and customize ServiceNow modules, such as incident management, problem management, change management, asset management, and service catalog. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, and system administrators, to gather requirements and understand business needs. * Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. ## **Who you are:** * Min 1 year of experience in the same role. * You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * You are proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. * You have experience with web services. * You can gather requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the platform. * You possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical
