**_Job Family_ :** SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Application Development ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Ability to Obtain Public Trust ** _What You Will Do_ :** * Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. * Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. * Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. * Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. * Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. * Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. * Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. * Debug and fix technical problems. * Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation. * Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. * Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. * Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. **_What You Will Need_ :** * Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a DHS "PUBLIC TRUST" or "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE DHS PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. * Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience. * Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or Business is preferred) * ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS, or CAD is preferred * Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week. * Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. * Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well
