Ability to Obtain Public Trust, US Citizenship, Minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience, Ability to commute to client or corporate offices depending on the need up to 3 times per week, A bachelor's Degree is required, Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls, Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps, experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub, Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls, Experience working in an Agile environment, analytical, problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively in a team environment, interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels, Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands, Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions
Nice to Have
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred, Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred, Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF), Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or Business, ServiceNow certifications (e. g. , CSA, CIS, CAD), Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred, Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications, General understanding of financial management aspects (i. e. , financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc. ), particularly in a federal environment, Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred

Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation
Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users
Participate in platform upgrade activities
including regression testing and reconfiguration
