Must Have
5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development, Proficiency in workflows, scripting (JavaScript), and platform components (business rules, client scripts, ACLs, etc.), Experience in enterprise or large-scale ServiceNow implementations, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments, valid work authorization in Singapore
Nice to Have
Exposure to ITSM or CSM modules is advantageous, ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS) are a plus
