Hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining ServiceNow in a production environment, Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, ServiceNow, and Archer, Troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and ServiceNow scripting/configuration skills, Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and low‑code platforms, Ability to translate business needs into technical workflows and solutions, Experience with Section 508 compliance, Proven experience with cybersecurity technologies
