Must Have
Experience in ServiceNow and ITSM (ITIL-based processes), Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, workflows, CMDB, etc. ), Proven experience delivering ITSM/ServiceNow projects, Understanding of IT Governance and Operating Models, Experience leading workstreams or mentoring junior team members, Ability to deliver solutions from concept to execution, communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
University degree in Computer Science or other relevant advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s) are a plus, Experience in Banking or Energy sectors is highly appreciated

Design and guide the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business needs and ITIL best practices
Translate client requirements into working solutions and support configuration & customization of the relevant modules such as ITSM

Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency
Support ITSM framework adoption and operational integration
focusing on the core processes of incident management

Deliver training and enablement to users and stakeholders
