What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years specifically in the ServiceNow domain, knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.), understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, data structures, workflows, and platform constraints, Experience creating process maps, functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate business requirements into functional designs, Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum environments, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities, Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, Ability to work independently and lead discussions with business teams, Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying risks and dependencies
Nice to Have
Experience with any of the following modules is a plus: ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, ITSM Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation are desirable
