What They're Looking For.
Must Have
ServiceNow architecture experience across multiple modules, Proven delivery of scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions, Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and platform data structures, Experience designing and delivering integrations (REST APIs, cloud platforms), Experience managing platform upgrades, performance, and technical debt, Practical experience applying AI capabilities within ServiceNow, Ability to operate as the senior technical authority in a small team, Data foundations
