What They're Looking For.

Must Have

US citizen, Ability to obtain a DoW Secret clearance, Five (5) years total work experience, Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development, Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Java, Javascript, Salesforce, etc. with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases, Experience as a Business Architect for development and implementation projects, Experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and application development or similar responsibility, Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Predictive Intelligence, Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc., Experience in performing and advising on change management, Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production, Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Basic knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Ansible, Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development using JIRA for user story task management, Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts, Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and the ability to create and consume REST APIs in ServiceNow, Knowledge of configuring ServiceNow to receive requests from the API Gateway, including the correct HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) and response handling, Good understanding of ACLs for API security

Nice to Have

Experience with API platform such as MuleSoft is a plus

Working with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements

Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps

Working with customer SME’s and senior leadership to ensure systems requirements are met
