Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, 8+ years of experience in information technology, 4+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks, Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform security, and governance, Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, Experience with ServiceNow system administration and/or application development, Knowledge of ServiceNow data modeling, database schemas, and CSDM, Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools, Familiarity with middleware and discovery technologies
Nice to Have
ServiceNow certifications, Experience in enterprise architecture, Experience in large-scale ITSM implementations, Understanding of platform governance frameworks, Understanding of operating models, Experience leading cross-functional teams, Influencing senior stakeholders, Proven ability to evaluate emerging technologies, Translate technologies into practical solutions
