Must Have

5+ years of technical experience, Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of technical experience in a similar industry, Skillful with elevator service/repair methods and tools, Passion for quality and results, Committed to promoting a safety culture

Nice to Have

Knowledge of how each technician process works down to the "key stroke required" to do each task, Experience with elevator service/repair methods and tools

Plan and conduct training sessions

Develop localized training

Identify competence development needs

Support competence development surveys

Maintain training records

Analyze training effectiveness

Stay current on training innovations
