What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed technical training, ideally in electrical engineering or mechatronics, Several years of professional experience in the assembly and repair of GIS components and drives, Knowledge in fault analysis and troubleshooting, Experience in training and instructing employees, Willingness to undertake service assignments domestically and abroad, Confident use of IT systems (MS-Office, SAP, testing software), Very good product knowledge of GIS systems and their hydraulic drives, Good English skills in spoken and written
Nice to Have
Ideally in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
What You'll Do.
Assembly and repair of GIS components and drives
Assisting with fault analysis in case of damage
Training service technicians before their assignments
Carrying out service assignments for warranty services on systems at the end customer's premises domestically
Performing electrical and mechanical tests with IT support on repaired parts
Documentation and evaluation of test results
Replacement of faulty assemblies and devices
Support with extensive and difficult repairs
Assisting in the development and implementation of improvement suggestions for damage cases
Acceptance and control of tool shipments
IT recording and storage of tools
Ensuring timely provision of tools and maintenance or repair of devices
