Interpret and work from complex electromechanical blueprints

Perform set-up and analytical tests on any Teledyne Gas & Flame Detector units

Interpret and record analytical data from testing

Installation of instrumentation in various environments

Coordinate with on-site contractors and facility managers to ensure proper system installation

Uses and maintains manufacturing and test equipment

Answer basic application and detailed service-related questions for Teledyne Gas & Flame Detector units remotely

Enter Cases from customer phone calls and email inquiries

Provide customers with written quotation on parts/service

Initiate and/or process return authorization for incorrect or defective material ordered

Schedule and complete installation

repair and preventative maintenance at customer site

Creates and edits user manuals

Responsible for achieving technical supports quality and productivity measurements
