**冷凍空調技術員人員** **職務說明** **主要職務****:** 主要職責為執行所屬組織和業務區域內有關冷凍空調設備之售後保養、維修服務工作,提供客戶技術支持 。 **主要職掌範圍** 1\. 執行冷凍空調設備及系統保養維護,處理緊急報修及故障診斷、故障排除工作。 2\. 執行設備檢查、測試及紀錄,確保冷凍空調系統運轉正常。 3\. 與客戶及外包廠商工作人員協調,確保維護保養工作順利進行。 4\. 提供客戶技術諮詢及支持。 5\. 製作維修服務紀錄或報告,提供給直屬主管確認所完成工作的內容及進度。 6\. 執行基本的設備預防保養、維修、安裝、試車調整及一般性的維護工作,服從直屬主管 的指示,保持與客戶良好的溝通以達成客戶滿意度的目標。 **工作經驗** 2年以上冷凍空調或機電工程相關領域實務工作經驗 **學歷要求** 高工或科技大學以上冷凍空調、能源、機械、電機或電子工程相關科系畢業 **技能和知識** 1\. 具備良好的溝通技巧及表達能力 2\. 對客戶滿意度的承諾 3\. 具有工作安全意識及團隊合作的精神 4\. 願意執行客戶緊急報修服務 5\. 擁有冷凍空調業相關技術士證照更佳 6\. 具有豐富工作經驗者以較高技術能力等級任用 #LI-LY1
