What You'll Do.
Provide product bench analysis/diagnosis
and calibrations in support of Sales efforts.
Troubleshooting/repairing/calibration of products.
Proper documentation of repairs.
Customer interaction regarding repairs.
Installs/set up new equipment.
Provides basic customer service via phone/in-person.
Assists in Warehouse as needed.
Performs other duties as required.
