What You'll Do.
Monthly Services of equipment as specified as part of Service level agreements or purchase orders
Inspection and reporting of equipment condition to end users as well as the technical and management team in the Northern Cape
The technical support of customers with breakdowns and fault diagnosis where required
Completion and sign off of Job Cards at the different work areas to allow for the invoicing of completed work
Ensuring inspection and internal repair reports are completed to a high degree of accuracy
allowing for follow up repairs to be planned and discussed with the end users.
Planning of work tasks
ensuring the correct spares and consumables are avaialable and ordered timeously by the end users
Ensuring all performed tasks is to the required Sandvik standards mitigating risks of premature equipment failures
Ensures compliance with established industry safety standards and guidelines
Support and develop fitter assistants to ensure efficient service delivery by the service teams
Ensuring the number and type of spares at the end user is adequate for the equipment installed on site

The role will report to the Service Operations Manager based in Kathu, Northern Cape. **Purpose of the role:** The repair, maintenace and customer support of screening and feeding equipment at all work locations in the Northern Cape service region.
