What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, previous experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair, Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Knowledge of Low Voltage systems, Knowledge of Electric Vehicle powertrains, Customer facing experience, Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office, Ability to learn proprietary DMS software, EPA 609 Certification, Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire, Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year, Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years, successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
Nice to Have
ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4 - ADAS), Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
What You'll Do.
maintaining and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles
repair basic and major mechanical issues
perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis
Maintain a high knowledge level of High Voltage (HV)
and general electric vehicle systems
Follow correct repair order documentation procedures
Effectively work with the appropriate software suite to properly and completely document all customer vehicle interactions
Ability to work remotely and support mobile service team as needed

As a Service Technician, it is expected to have ASE certifications obtained within 6-8 months of hire date. Lucid will reimburse the cost associated with successful completion.
