Eligibility Requirements

stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas, work inside and outside in all weather conditions, push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training classes, business meetings, work a flexible work schedule, taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property depending on the property size, if applicable

What You'll Do.

Complete assigned work orders

Diagnose and make repairs

Complete the make-ready process

Follow procedures for accessing materials

Complete documentation and paperwork

Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas

Support cost-cutting and expense control programs

Comply with safety and risk-management policies

Inspect work performed by contractors

Assist in conducting property inspections
