Must Have

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing and electrical systems, EPA License, Possession of basic personal tools, Capability to handle drywall/plaster repairs, painting, and lock replacements, Experience managing apartment turnovers (within 3 days) for both modern and vintage buildings, Active driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle for daily tasks and on-call duties, Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs, navigate stairs, and remain active on your feet throughout the shift
