Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Advanced english, A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Coordinator, or 3 to 5 years of internal experience at Abbott, with proven background in service support for medical equipment, laboratory systems, and blood banks., Planning and organizational skills, Experience in project coordination within the assigned territory, Operational and strategic support to the direct manager., analytical and problem-solving skills., Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork skills., Solid technical knowledge with a creative approach., customer service orientation.
What You'll Do.
Provide specialized support to customers in the use of products
encompassing programming
in order to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure efficient coordination of customer service across private business accounts and distributor channels
addressing scientific and technical support requirements in a timely and effective manner.
Serve as the person responsible for the management and support of the AMB team for the Mexico & CAM region
with direct reporting responsibility
including the monitoring
and analysis of performance indicators
as well as the supervision of field activities.
Carry out all assigned functions in strict compliance with quality standards and within the timelines established by global and local procedures
contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
