What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role, Ability to work independently, Mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing, Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain
Nice to Have
Fluency in French language skills
What You'll Do.
Deliver customer service
and bag customer purchases
Supervise the front-end team
Provide floor support
Coordinate meal breaks
Ensure daily readiness for business
Support a culture of trust and inclusion
Provide hands-on training and coaching
Assist the management team
Support closing procedures
Assist with the safe handling and sale of alcohol
Follow all corporate policies and procedures
Support the team with additional duties
