We’re looking for a reliable and organized Shop Hand to support our service and install teams. This is a hands-on, entry-level role that combines warehouse organization, material coordination, and occasional field support. WHAT WE OFFER: GREAT PAY Earn a competitive wage of $18.00-21.00 per hour, depending on skill level and experience. STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE You can expect to work Monday through Friday with full-time hours. OUR IDEAL SHOP HAND: We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications: Class 5 driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and a clean driver's abstract Physically able to lift at least 50lbs and perform physical labour Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required Previous warehouse or material handling experience is an asset Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC material is a strong asset Exceptional communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Comfortable working both in the shop and supporting in the field And who can manage these responsibilities: Maintain organization of shop and small warehouse space, keeping it clean, safe and functional Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials and parts Prepare and stage materials for upcoming jobs Track basic inventory and flag low stock items Pick up materials and equipment from suppliers and ensure accuracy of orders before leaving vendors Deliver parts and materials to job sites as needed Assist technicians
