Sell products and services to existing customers
Meet assigned sales targets
Prepare price estimates for service work
Maintain personal contact with existing accounts
Prepare monthly reports
Maintain monthly contact with assigned accounts

Prepare account plans
Schedule and conduct business reviews
Prepare and maintain a log in CRM software
Monitor workload of service department
Ensure all open time slots are filled
Qualify credit worthiness
Obtain credit application
Obtain tax-exempt certificate
Monitor credit control list
Assist in collection efforts
Consult district staff prior to delivery
Monitor contract renewal process
Contact accounts not renewing agreements
Document all sales activity in CRM
Establish and maintain communications with service department
Maintain customer and contact information in CRM
Follow all safety rules and procedures

POSITION TITLE : Service Sales Representative REPORTS TO: Branch Manager/District Sales Manager Konecranes is looking for an individual with a sales background to join our team as a Service Sales Representative. As a Service Sales Representative, your primary duties are to sell products and services to the existing customer base to improve safety and productivity. This individual will be responsible for meeting assigned sales targets for all lifting equipment including but not limited to; repairs, retrofits, hoists, spare parts, general overhauls and consultation services. Organizational skills are required to monitor the workload of our service department and ensure that all open time slots are filled with sold work. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be engaging with existing customers.
