Key Activities 职位描述: * 负责起重机服务销售(备件、服务产品、升级/改造项目等),达成服务合同销售目标与利润指标。 Drive crane service sales (spare parts, service products, modernization/upgrade projects, etc.) to achieve service contract targets and profitability. * 维护现有客户关系,理解客户需求并提供起重机服务解决方案,提升客户满意度与续约/复购。 Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and providing crane service solutions to improve satisfaction, renewal and repeat business. * 开发新客户与新业务机会,制定并执行市场/区域拓展计划,推进新市场渗透。 Develop new customers and business opportunities; initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets. * 制定销售计划与目标(含预算),使用CRM/销售目标清单管理线索、商机、预测与行动计划。 Develop and implement sales plans, targets and budgets; manage leads, opportunities, pipeline and action plans via CRM/tools. * 开展销售活动:客户拜访、方案/报价、谈判与合同签订,推动项目落地与回款。 Engage in sales activities (calls/visits, proposals & quotations, negotiation and contract closing) to drive project execution and payment collection. * 维护价格、销售与活动等记录,按要求输出销售报表与业绩反馈,确保数据准确及时。 Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales and activities; provide timely reports and performance feedback to the manager. * 完成直线经理安排的其他工作。 Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. * 了解ISO 14001 & 45001标准。Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard. ## Qualifications Skills & Knowledge: * 本科及以上学历,电气、机械工程或自动化相关专业。 * Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical or mechanical engineering, automation. * 5年以上工业相关设备销售、服务销售或相关领域销售经验。 * Above 5 years sales experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales or relevant. * 具备良好的沟通与谈判能力。 * Good communication and negotiation skills. * 粤语流利;英语可进行简单口头沟通. * Fluent Ca
