Must Have
Must have attention to detail and ability to follow-up with Arista Account Representatives and/or Arista partners/customers on purchase order and shipping terms and issues., Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision., Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer proficiency., Ability to review and interpret contractual terms and conditions., Must have demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team proactively helping colleagues on the Sales Operations Team, Must possess excellent customer service skills with an orientation towards helping customers., Must thrive in a results-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in sales, specifically software maintenance renewals & orders management is preferred: 5+ years, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and previous experience of Salesforce. com/Netsuite is desired, Knowledge and ability to forecast maintenance bookings and a desire and willingness to learn., Additional languages would be an advantage but are not a requirement.
What You'll Do.
Proactively quote renewal opportunities.
Facilitate a smooth & on-time renewal process.
Ensure Installed Base records are correct and up-to-date.
Prepare renewal quotes for customers.
Respond to queries relating to support
renewals and Installed Base.
Follow-up on customer related issues.
Process purchase orders received from partners and end-customers.
Produce commensurate Arista Sales Orders.
Update SFDC and assist Sales Management.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with sales team, partners, and customers.; Interact with customers and the whole Arista contract to cash team.; Work with Sales Reps/Customers/Partners on reconciliations.; Work closely with Sales Reps and Customer to understand their requirements.; Partner effectively with Distributors and Resellers.; Assist Sales Management.; Help achieve SOX compliance and meet the sales operations team SLA.; Work proactively helping colleagues on the Sales Operations Team.
