What You'll Achieve.
Convert renewals into bookings.; Driving renewal revenues.; Providing a superior customer experience.; Ensure customers have the opportunity to renew before their support expires.; Stay up to date with Order Management.; Be ready to assist when required.; Help achieve SOX compliance.; Meet the sales operations team SLA.

Must Have
Must have attention to detail and ability to follow-up with Arista Account Representatives and/or Arista partners/customers on purchase order and shipping terms and issues., Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision., Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer proficiency., Ability to review and interpret contractual terms and conditions., Must have demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team proactively helping colleagues on the Sales Operations Team, Must possess excellent customer service skills with an orientation towards helping customers., Must thrive in a results-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in sales, specifically software maintenance renewals & orders management is preferred: 5+ years, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and previous experience of Salesforce. com/Netsuite is desired, Knowledge and ability to forecast maintenance bookings and a desire and willingness to learn., Additional languages would be an advantage but are not a requirement.
What You'll Do.
Proactively quote renewal opportunities.
Facilitate a smooth & on-time renewal process.
Ensure Installed Base records are correct and up-to-date.
Reconcile Installed Base records.
Prepare renewal quotes.
Respond to queries relating to support
renewals and Installed Base.
Follow-up on customer related issues.
Process RMA requests.
Update Installed Base and Service Contract.
Develop and maintain understanding of sales models.
Understand product offering
subscription and renewal licensing models.
Enter orders every quarter.
Process purchase orders.
Produce Arista Sales Orders.
Assist Sales Management.
Achieve SOX compliance.
Meet sales operations team SLA.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with our sales team, partners, and customers.; Work as part of the Service Renewals Team.; Work with Sales Reps/Customers/Partners on reconciliations.; Work closely with Sales Reps and Customer.; Partner effectively with Distributors and Resellers.; Assist Sales Management.; Work proactively helping colleagues on the Sales Operations Team.
