Develop specifications based on input from Engineering People Office team

identify business processes

develop application requirements

and create design documents.

and document Laserfiche electronic forms and business processes.

Complete reports and summaries for management and users including project status reports

Serve as Laserfiche liaison to Information Technology.

Provide ongoing maintenance

and support for Laserfiche.

Administer and manage Texas A&M Engineering listservs

including regular updates

and removals of subscribers to ensure accurate and up-to-date distribution lists.

Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to the listserv platform

collaborate with IT support teams as needed.
