Ensuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames
Organise installations and jobs for completion within divisional time frames
Respond to customer enquiries/complaints on service
Arrange necessary non-routine service calls
Deal with all paperwork and administration related to service activities
Ensure all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded
Provide ongoing reports requested by management
Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes
